Overview:

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return, refund, or exchange, except where required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under ACL, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty, has a major failure, does not meet acceptable quality standards, or does not match its description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color. This restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees do not apply if the product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet consumer guarantees under ACL.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned under ACL, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the return is due to change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color. Restocking fees do not apply if the return is due to a major failure, defect, or misrepresentation.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@kiwiasfootwear.com.au.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, except where required by ACL due to defects, faults, or misrepresentation.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at sales@kiwiasfootwear.com.au, and we will provide you with the return shipping address. Exchanges for different sizes or colors due to a change of mind will incur a 15% restocking fee. If the item is defective or damaged, the restocking fee does not apply.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, please email us at sales@kiwiasfootwear.com.au, and we will provide you with the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a product defect, major failure, or misrepresentation, in which case we will cover shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a major failure or defect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and the 15% restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
